SHIPPING

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

COVID-19  We are currently still shipping within the 3-5 business days for all in-stock orders. We appreciate your patience during this time, as we work to continue to process orders and keep our team safe & healthy.

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Lavender&Blues has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information. 

Personalized Items: All personalized items typically ship within the 1-2 week timeframe. Due to Covid & HOLIDAY orders, some items are taking 2-3 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding, everyone is working as fast as they can.

LB uses UPS and USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. L&B is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

Some orders may require a signature for delivery. If you would like more details or to inquire if your order may require a signature, please email Support@lavender&Blues.com

Shipping Cost :Shipping costs are based on the items ordered and the ship to address.  For a shipping estimate, please use the Shipping Rates Calculator in the shopping cart. 

PROMO CODES: Please note our site-wide sales only apply to Lavender&Blues items and to retail orders, the discount will be reflected in your shopping cart. Promotions can not be combined, only one promotion is allowed at a time. Promotions can not be applied to previous orders and can not be combined with free shipping promos.

All coupon codes and promotional sales can typically be found on our homepage. 

 

REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

 

RUSH DELIVERY

Please contact orders@LavenderandBlues.com for options. We do our best to keep all items in-stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery. Items ineligible for rush delivery or expedited shipping include items labeled 'Pre-Order', 'Back-Ordered', or 'Special-Order Item'. 

Please note that when choosing expedited or rush shipping we still require the 3-5 business day processing time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Most of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.

We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.

All international sales are FINAL SALES.
